fettucini carbonara

Assalamualaikum...
did u realize lately my entry title used to be a FOOD's name:D and ths time olso about food..actually since Tuesday i was fasting and during the period i was like addicted to cook..dont ask me y bcoz i hv no idea too;p so my main task everyday at d opis was searching for new recipe (nasib xkantoi:D) so back to d topic, yesterday i was cooked FETTUCINI CARBONARA..(sempatla shopping brg2 yg diperlukan during lunch time..hehehe) the taste was good but due to technical error..hehe..the fettucini was half cooked..so agk keras sket la..but ive got the lesson;) o yaaa..beside that i also make garlic bread+mushroom soup..yummy..sedapp..tu licin dulu;)so lets check out the recipe..as usual..main campak2 jek..pepandai la agak2 yek..its the simplest recipe i guess;)

FETTUCINI CARBONARA
whats needed??
1) FETTUCINI / pasta, spaghetti, or macaroni and so on..whatever yg u all rasa nak mkn la..just the differ on the name..nak letak kue tiow pn bole..jadi la kue tiow carbonara..(emm cam best gk tuh..bole cuba nnti:D)
2) PREGGO carbonara sauce..tp smlm xde plak brand preggo..yg ade leggos..so amik je la..ade gk GO GO blakang dia..tp menan LEGO xleh yek..ade melamine (err btul ke..sukati aku jek:D)
3) crab meet, sosej, chicken ball..sume kluarga ball bole la kalu nak..
4) udang/sotong/ayam/daging pn bole gk..tp i didnt put it..
5) Oregano / parsli leave (daun selasih) / any herbs leave..tp jgn letak sireh plak.:D
6) margerin / butter (kalu xde sgt minyak masak je bole gk)
7) tu je kot..
how to do??
**fettucini tu direbus (btul ke perkataan rebus??emm paham la kot eh) smapai lembut..biar lama sket..takut terkeras mcm aku pnye..hikhik:D .. and toskan airnya...put aside..
1) cairkan margerine/butter/minyak..
2) masukkan bahan # 3&4 ..biarkan dia masak dgn margerine tu..so agk2la margerine nye byk mane yek..(i love the smell..my hubby too;))
3) setelah masak bahan di atas tu masukkan carbonara sauce...mine was full of CHEEZEEEE..yummy yummy..sedap tp sdiri mau ingt la..jgn amalkan selalu mkn mende nih..
4) gaul hingga sebati..tunggu hingga mendidih...
5) then masukkan la fettucini yg dh dicelur dan ditos tadi..gaul hingga sebati gk.. pastu tutup api..(err bkn tutup ngn kain/kertas or tudung saji..tutup=padam ...harap maklum)
6) letak dlm pinggan n tabur la oregano and parsli atas dia..hiasla cecantik sket..mine quit plain sbb xtau nak hias ngn ape..satu daun pn xde..daun sup ade la..kang jadi carbonara melayu plak..i kan nak mkn italiano dish..kihkihkih:D
**jgn lupe snap gbr..hehe..
so below is mine..

**presentation? -> plain..tp ok la..kemas;p
**taste? -> ask my hubby..(psttt..dia kate ok..xtaula nak amik hati or btul2 ok...huhu)


OMG (= oh my god / alamak)..forgot about garlic bread n mushroom soop..emm..
xpe..mushroom soup tu guna yg campbell tu jek..senang..instruction pn ade kat tin dia (nmpk cam kedekut ilmu x ckp camtu:D) but seriously mmg senang jek..1 tin soup campbell tu + 1 tin air masak = jadi ler mushroom soup (kalu beli mushroom soupla..kalu beli chick.soup jadi chicken la...dia xleh buat magic jadi muchroom plak:D)..ok lets see how i do garlic bread..


GRALIC bread: (err salah eja plak..GARLIC bread ye bkn gralic bread..ni bkn nama baru or recipe baru..tp ejaan baru:D)
1) 1 ulas bawang putih = 1 sudu margerine (so agk2 la nak buat byk mane)

2) french bread (ala yg jual kat bai roti tuh..yg panajng n beso bagak tu)..gardenia pn bole gk..ape2 roti la.. xkisah..


cara:
1) bawang putih bakar or goreng tanpa minyak..sampai wangi..
2) tumbuk lumat
3) gaul dlm margerin..mcm gaul nak buat kek tuh (xyah letak atas api..margerin kalu biar kat suhu bilik kan agk lembut)
4) taburla oregano/parsli leave sket..
5) pastu sapu kat roti
6) bakar dlm oven /microwave or atas kuali jek..
7) siap..mkn ler ngn mushroom soup tadi..sedap giloss..mcm kat pizza hut rsnya:D
